Bill Martin who commenced managing a small video production house in 1982 has been working at a myriad of tasks and client assignments ever since. Bill has spent some time in education, not only learning various technologies and attending trade shows and product training seminars but providing hands on service at secondary and university campuses. He is well known to be at the front of the class teaching Media and technology to students. For 10 years, Bill provided rental and staging services to the Corporate market where he was non-stop from one job to another and operating events including the Fosters’ Melbourne Cup (8 spring carnival seasons), product launches, Company results presentations for the top Companies and Government agencies.

Clients who met and trusted Bill requested he advise and install equipment both in Boardrooms and in their homes and this included some automated boardrooms and presentation facilities for Cadbury Schweppes, North Limited and BHPBIlliton to name a few. Bill provided specialist broadcast and Audio Visual services for 5 years to Australia’s leading advertising agency. Bill also has provided his skill and expertise to a giant of the Australian Cinema market where he undertook a number of design and build projects including for the Military and the telecommunications industries.

Recent projects required an exponential learning curve in medical technology and practice to complete. Commencing in 2007, Bill undertook a number of projects as the Audio Visual Systems Integrator/Engineer for a specialist provider to the Health Education industry.

The Major achievements for this new Client have included;

the taking over control of a Queensland hospital multiple operating theatre
building/cabling /termination project,

the planning, negotiating and helping deliver a Victorian hospital Operating Theatre
digital upgrade,

the assisting on a Hospital –Research & Education building project and the design,
specification and co-writing of the RFT with substantial Client interaction,

the design from a brief two medical skills centres in the U.K for the NHS,

the design from a plan of medical training facilities schematic plans at a Singapore Hospital.
